Hampshire Roads Policing Unit stopped a van driver in Fareham on the 17th of May with a 5.4-ton load and was fined by police.

The vehicle was discovered to be carrying a 5400kg load, which exceeded the agreed 3,500kg limit.

The vehicle was fined £300 and immobilised for examination.
