Police slammed the driver of a severely overweight truck for putting other drivers at risk on the M4.

Officers from Wiltshire’s Roads Policing Unit pulled over the car at Membury Services after it was found to be illegal and excessively heavy.

It was classified as a Special Types, General Order, meaning unusual automobiles may operate on UK roads.

The vehicle was 13 tonnes overweight, despite the fact that it lacked an STGO.

He was also discovered to have committed fraud by fabricating driving records

A prohibition was enacted, and the driver will be taken to court for driving an overloaded vehicle outside of business hours, putting so many people in danger.
