A vehicle carrying another car on a Hampshire motorway was found to be 32% over the maximum permitted weight.
The Hampshire Roads Policing Unit stated that a Ford Transit was seen to be struggling with the weight of a Volkswagen vehicle on the back.
The Ford Transit driver was fined after escorted to a weighbridge and weighed in at 32% overweight.
